Only 1500 tickets will be sold. Tickets are numbered 0000 to 1499.

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a ticket and be admitted to event on December 14, 2011 at The Final Score.

If event is cancelled for any reason, purchase price will be refunded. The Axemen M/C Ohio Chapter 3 reserves the right to postpone the event due to national emergency or unforeseen act of God.

All tickets will be sealed in envelopes, and randomly selected as ordered
from online sales.

ANY NUMBER CAN BE A WINNER MORE THAN ONCE.

All winning numbers are drawn from a non-ticket holding patron of the establishment.

Winners claiming their prize must show winning ticket and Photo I.D.
(Axemen M/C, Ohio Chapter 3 is not responsible for lost tickets, and will not re-issue tickets)

Complete winner list will be posted on our website www.thegamg.com or can be requested by mail.

All winners must claim and pick up their prizes within 30 days.

Winners are subject to ALL applicable taxes.

Non-ticket holders may attend the Great American Motorcycle Giveaway, Wednesday, December 14. Non-ticket holders may participate in 50/50 drawings held at event.

The Axemen M/C, Ohio Chapter 3 reserves the right to replace any of the prizes listed with a similar prize of equal or greater value.

Members of the Axemen M/C, Ohio Chapter 3 are ineligible for this drawing.

The Axemen M/C, Ohio Chapter 3, it's officers, members, volunteers, sponsors or any person or organization affiliated with the Great American Motorcycle Giveaway or Axemen M/C, Ohio Chapter 3 will not assume any liability for any loss, injury, claim or otherwise resulting from any prize obtained through the sale of a ticket. By accepting this ticket, the holder acknowledges this limitation of liability and assumes any liability and will hold harmless the GAMG, Axemen M/C Ohio, chapter 3 or any affiliate for any liability resulting from the purchase of this ticket or any prize resulting there from.
